How long will the products take to work?

Most customers begin to notice results within 5-7 days. For best results, use two/three drops or spray morning and night for the first 7 days to help build the product into your system. After this initial loading phase continue using 15 minutes before UV or sun exposure to support and maintain your tan. Results can vary depending on skin type, frequency of use and UV exposure. 

Are the products safe?

All of our tanning products are manufactured to high quality standards and are designed for cosmetic tanning support. Many customers use them as part of their tanning routine; however, individual experiences may vary. As with any tanning product, we recommend following the suggested usage guidelines carefully and consulting a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have concerns about suitability. Avoid excessive UV exposure and discontinue use if irritation or adverse effects occur.

Are the products only effective if I use a sunbed?

Our tanning products work alongside UV exposure, so some level of sunlight or UV exposure is usually needed to help stimulate and develop a tan. This does not necessarily mean you must use sunbeds, as natural sunlight can also help activate results. For best results, many users apply the product around 15 minutes before sun or UV exposure. Always tan responsibly and avoid excessive UV exposure to reduce the risk of skin damage.

How long is delivery?

Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout, including whether you chose 1st Class or 2nd Class delivery. Please allow additional time during busy periods or bank holidays. Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, dispatch may take longer whilst we wait for new stock to arrive. 

Refund and exchange policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
